| On the farm this type of adjustable stand was always referred to as the "Hired Man" by my father.
It can be lowered enough to work with a metal cutting band saw, or raised high enough for a radial arm saw or a miter saw on a workmate.
The base is a used brake drum, there is some welding involved.
