"Helping woodworkers online for over 20 Years"
This heart stand is a great beginner project, minimium tools are required. An inexpensive wood such as pine, or two contrasting species can be used, one for the legs and another for the shelves. |
Make three legs 30" long from 3/4" X 1 1/2" material, drill holes for screws as shown by small x's.
Make a pattern for legs as shown, note flat spots to fasten legs. Fold
paper in half and draw 3" squares, unfold and cut out heart.
Fasten the legs to the shelves with glue and wood screws.
A 16" X 36" laminated pine panel available from most building supply stores may be used for the shelves.
